Toast with pork fillet, pear and blue cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 800 g pork fillet(s)
  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • oil
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the pears and slice the spring onions, then sauté both in a pan with a little butter. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Cut the pork fillet into 3-4 cm thick slices, sear briefly on both sides in a little oil, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the herb butter on the slices of toast. Top with the pork fillet, then the pears, and finally the diced blue cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese begins to melt. Serves 8 as an appetizer.
