  • 110 g arugula
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • n. B. garlic
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 25 ml pumpkin seed oil (or a little more to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Nutty-tart taste experience

Blend all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. I like to eat this pesto with pasta or with cream cheese on a chunky pumpkin seed roll.
