Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g arugula
- 30 g pumpkin seeds, roasted
- n. B. garlic
- 30 g Parmesan
- 25 ml pumpkin seed oil (or a little more to taste)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Nutty-tart taste experience
Blend all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. I like to eat this pesto with pasta or with cream cheese on a chunky pumpkin seed roll.
