- 125 g Camembert(s) or Brie, well-ripened
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 250 g quark, 20% fat
- 1 tbsp herbs
- 1 garlic clove(s)

Boil the egg in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes, then rinse with water, peel, and set aside. Blend all ingredients, except the egg, in a blender with salt and pepper to taste. The older the cheese, the more intense the flavor. Garnish the cheese mixture with the quartered egg. It’s perfect as a dip or spread.
