Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 g herb cream cheese
- herbal salt
- pepper

First, I’d like to point out that it’s best to use a food processor with a chopping function for this, if you have one. However, I can also imagine chopping and mixing everything by hand. Roughly chop the carrot, garlic, and parsley, put them in a blender, and chop everything very finely. Then add the feta. Chop this too for about 1 minute. Then add the cream cheese and blend until everything has a creamy consistency. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
