Pineapple-coconut drink for the barbecue evening

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, fresh, ripe
  • 4 tbsp, heaped desiccated coconut
  • 1 handful of crushed ice
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for all meta types

Peel the pineapple, halve it, and remove the hard center core. Cut the flesh into large cubes and place it in a blender along with the desiccated coconut and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. If the drink is too thick, add a little cold tap water and blend again briefly.
