Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 handful of pineapple
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 cm
  • Juice of your choice or water, approx. 250 – 300 ml

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with spinach, fruit and ginger

Cut all ingredients into smaller pieces and blend with 250-300 ml of juice or water to make a smoothie. You can also use frozen spinach instead of fresh spinach. The amount of liquid you add can vary depending on your taste.
