Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted, alternatively olive oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Thoroughly combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the egg and oil and mix thoroughly. Let the dough rest for a few minutes. Divide the dough into portions and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Press into the desired size with a spatula or your fingers. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
