Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon or fork, and place it in a bowl. Mash the flesh with a fork. Stir in the crème fraîche, season with Provençal herbs, salt, and pepper, and you’re done. Tastes great with nachos, fries, or on a burger or bread. It can also be enhanced with tomatoes or feta cheese.
