Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 80 g soy sauce
  • 80 g oil, neutral (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some sesame

Instructions

The night before, combine soy sauce and oil in a small bag or bowl. Add pepper and finely chopped or crushed garlic cloves and mix well. Let the marinade sit overnight. Stir or shake occasionally. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Cut the onion into half rings and place them in a bag or bowl with the mushrooms. Add the prepared sauce and mix everything well. Let it sit for another 20-30 minutes. Divide the mixture between 4 aluminum trays and place on the grill. Grill the mushrooms for about 15 minutes until they are soft. Taste the mushrooms halfway through. Finally, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced ​​spring onions. Oven alternative: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
