Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms, small
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper

Finely chop the garlic, strip the rosemary, and drizzle it over the mushrooms with the olive oil. Cover and let stand, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms should marinate for 3-4 hours. Season with salt and pepper about an hour before serving. Thread the mushrooms onto shish kebab skewers and grill them on an aluminum tray. They taste best when served hot!
