Grilled garlic mushrooms

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp oil, e.g. garlic oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. spice(s), e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, quarter or halve the mushrooms, depending on their size. Then combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade and season to taste. I like to use garlic oil, as we all love garlic. Alternatively, you can use regular oil and add a little garlic seasoning, for example, or divide the oil between regular and garlic oil. Now toss the mushrooms with the marinade and let them rest. The mushrooms will absorb the liquid well, which means the marinade won’t take as long to absorb. After a few minutes, the mushrooms are ready to grill. Place them on the grill and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. It’s great to experiment and use different seasonings.
