  • 40 g corn
  • 1 tbsp water
  • e.g. erythritol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

perfect snack for a diet

Mix together the corn, water, and erythritol and microwave at 900 watts for at least 5 minutes, until it stops popping. Caution: It’s hot!
