Potato and leek pan with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 200 ml Cremefine for cooking, 7%
  • 100 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and boil them in salted water until tender. They should still be hot when added to the pan. Finely chop the garlic. Dice the onion. Finely slice the spring onions. Chop the parsley. Fry the onions in olive oil. Shortly afterward, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Once the minced meat is cooked through, add the Cremefine and cream cheese and simmer everything at low heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the spring onion rings and the cooked potatoes to the pan and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
