Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g spelt flakes
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • e.g. cranberries
  • n. B. Almonds, chopped
  • e.g. coconut flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

tastes best warm with yogurt and fresh berries!

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and bake on baking paper in the oven at 200°C until the desired browning is achieved. The crunchy muesli can be served immediately after baking.
