Baked tortilla chips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tortilla chips
  • 10 Pepper, mild
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 50 g Italian herbs, frozen
  • possibly harissa or chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

when guests arrive spontaneously

Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finely chop the leeks, chili peppers, and bell peppers, arrange them on top of the chips along with the diced ham, and sprinkle with the cheese. Season with harissa or chili, if desired, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Season the yogurt with salt and pepper, mix with the frozen herbs, and serve. Salsa sauce also tastes good with it. Depending on what’s on hand, your mood, and your appetite, I top the tortilla chips with feta cheese, mushrooms, salami, olives, etc.
