Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 500 g flatbread(s)
- Herbs
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- Spice mix, Greek
- Paprika powder, sweet
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Minced meat in flatbread
Brown the minced meat in a little oil and season with a little Greek seasoning. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Mix with the yogurt. Season to taste. Slice the tomatoes. Bake the flatbread in the oven at approximately 200°C for approximately 4-5 minutes, then cut into 4 pieces. Cut each individual bread parcel open, add a little sauce, and place 3 tomato slices inside. Fill with the minced meat and sauce.
