Pak Choi and grilled tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pak choi
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chipotle chili flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 pepper, finely chopped
  • 10 vine tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spicy grilled vegetables with an Asian touch

Rinse the pak choi and remove the stem. Then slice as desired. Briefly rinse the tomatoes and remove the vines. Combine all ingredients in a heatproof bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables over indirect heat, stirring occasionally. Serving suggestion: Serve with high-quality mayonnaise (e.g., Kewpie).
