Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g sour cherries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g currants
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash and pit fresh fruit. You can also use frozen berries if you prefer. Then place them in a saucepan to thaw. Briefly boil the orange juice with sugar and half of the fruit in a saucepan. Strain the mixture through a sieve and collect the juice. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water, add it to the collected juice, and bring to a boil. Add the remaining fruit and cook briefly. Then chill.
