Low-carb muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, gluten-free
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped, roasted
  • 50 g almonds, chopped, blanched
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp apricot kernel flour, bitter
  • 2 tbsp, heaped desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp sesame, black
  • 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Gomasio

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

gluten-free, sugar-free

Mix everything together. You can adjust the amount yourself. I use 2 heaped tablespoons of the muesli mix for my homemade yogurt cup.
