Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes, gluten-free
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped, roasted
- 50 g almonds, chopped, blanched
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp apricot kernel flour, bitter
- 2 tbsp, heaped desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp, heaped flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp sesame, black
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Gomasio
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
gluten-free, sugar-free
Mix everything together. You can adjust the amount yourself. I use 2 heaped tablespoons of the muesli mix for my homemade yogurt cup.
