Brown the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Meanwhile, dice the tomato. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Add the butter to the minced meat and season to taste. Scoop out small pieces from the avocado halves with a teaspoon and add them to the minced meat in the pan. Season to taste and add the diced tomato. Stir and serve immediately.
