Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g minced beef
  • 2 small zucchini or 1 medium
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 70 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil or other herbs nB

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a small baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into relatively thin slices and drain. Brown the minced meat in a pan without fat until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the zucchini, quarter it, and cut it into small pieces. Slice the tomato and remove the stem. Layer everything in the baking dish in the following order: minced meat, zucchini, spread the crème fraîche, tomato slices, salt and pepper, herbs (or add them on top after baking), and mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
