Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg apples, peeled and chopped
  • 100 ml water
  • 5 g citric acid (or equivalent lemon juice)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the apples with the water, citric acid, and vanilla sugar for 10-15 minutes, then puree. Season with sugar to taste.
