Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg apples, peeled and chopped
- 100 ml water
- 5 g citric acid (or equivalent lemon juice)
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the apples with the water, citric acid, and vanilla sugar for 10-15 minutes, then puree. Season with sugar to taste.
