Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 900 g seafood
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 5 m.-large tomato(s)
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Oil
- possibly lemon juice
- possibly mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Dice the tomatoes and iceberg lettuce. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix everything with the seafood. Add salt, pepper, and oil to taste. Let it sit for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon. I also occasionally dice mozzarella and serve it on the side.
