Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 100 g turkey breast slices
- 50 g feta cheese, light
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finger food, tastes hot and cold
Wash the zucchini and remove the blossom and stem ends. Use a vegetable peeler to peel off thin slices. Halve the turkey breast slices if necessary and place one slice on each zucchini strip. Dice the feta cheese and place one cube on each turkey breast. Roll everything up and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the rolls briefly. Suitable as an evening meal for those on the insulin-based diet according to Dr. Pape.
