Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cauliflower
- 300 g broccoli
- 400 g minced turkey
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 150 g spaetzle
- 200 g sheep’s cheese, light
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g processed cheese, light
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, then drain. Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with the ground turkey. Deglaze with a little water. Then add the sour cream and the processed cheese and stir well. Then stir in the mustard and tomato paste. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season to taste and layer everything in a prepared baking dish. Finally, crumble the feta cheese on top. Place in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until the feta cheese turns a beautiful golden brown.
