Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g Spätzle from the refrigerator
- 400 g gyros meat (chicken), ready-made or seasoned yourself
- some oil for frying
- 2 garlic cloves
- possibly dill
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- some lemon juice
- some milk or plant-based alternative
- some pepper, white
- 150 g cheese, grated

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the spaetzle according to the package instructions. Brown the gyros in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop the garlic and dill. Mix the sour cream with the Greek yogurt. Add the garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Add milk until a sauce-like consistency is reached. When the spaetzle and gyros are ready, transfer them to a baking dish. Pour the sauce over them and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Remove after 20 minutes and enjoy.
