Spicy, spicy crab soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (Brunch Paprika-Pepper)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock or fish stock
  • ¼ liter cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g crab
  • some Tabasco or
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Sauté in margarine until translucent. Sprinkle with flour and deglaze with broth. Add the tomato paste and brunch. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Add the cream and crab. Simmer briefly, then sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Crab should not be cooked for long, as they will gradually become smaller and firmer.
