Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, mainly waxy
- 1 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- Garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters, leaving the skin on. Then place all the ingredients, including the potatoes, in a covered bowl and shake vigorously a few times. This way, everything mixes well, and you only need a tiny bit of oil to reach every crevice. Then bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. You can also adjust the seasonings; I’ve even tried using barbecue seasoning, and that works too. The sky’s the limit.
