Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, medium-sized
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- some Tabasco
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top heat). Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Cut into 1/2 cm thick slices, still with the skin on. Mix with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and Tabasco. Place everything on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper). Bake for approximately 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
