Vegan tofu dumplings

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g smoked tofu
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian, also suitable for Königsberger Klopse

Crumble the smoked tofu into small pieces with your fingers in a bowl. Knead with the remaining ingredients until you have a dough that holds together well. Add flour or a little more oil if needed. Form into golf-ball-sized dumplings and coat in flour. Fry in a pan until lightly browned.
