Crostini with goat cheese and Sharon fruit

Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 slices of ciabatta
  • some olive oil
  • 200 g soft goat cheese (roll)
  • 2 Sharon fruits
  • 5 slices of Serrano ham
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Brush the bread slices with olive oil (best with a pastry brush) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut the goat cheese roll into 20 slices, placing two slices each on a slice of ciabatta. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, then broil for about 2 minutes. The inside of the cheese slices should melt and bubble, but not brown. Meanwhile, peel the Sharon fruit, remove the stems, and slice the flesh. Top each loaf with a piece of Sharon fruit, sprinkle with pepper, and place half a slice of ham on top.
