Strawberry-raspberry porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g Skyr Strawberry, 0.2%
  • 100 g frozen fruit of your choice, e.g. raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

low in fat and high in protein

Place the oat flakes in a pot, add the water, and let them swell for about 10 minutes. Then place the pot on the stove and cook until the desired consistency is reached. Let it cool slightly, add the skyr and fruit, and stir. I usually use 100g of frozen raspberries, which I microwave twice for 1 minute at 600 watts while they swell. I also use 100g of strawberry skyr 0.2%. Of course, you can vary the skyr or fruit.
