Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- e.g. lemon juice
- some olive oil
- some salt

Cut the zucchini into wafer-thin strips using a vegetable peeler and arrange on a large plate. Tear the mozzarella balls into pieces and place them on top. Season with salt, a little lemon juice, and finally the olive oil.
