Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g arugula
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 125 g mozzarella, mini
- 2 tbsp pesto, green (basil pesto)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
Instructions

a hit on every buffet
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and tear the arugula into small pieces. Drain the mini mozzarella and halve them. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the pesto (from a jar or homemade) with the wine vinegar and toss with the salad.
