Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine, room temperature
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites, beaten stiffly
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 450 ml milk, lukewarm

Basic recipe quick & easy
Whisk the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the butter, sugar, and egg mixture along with the lukewarm milk (it shouldn’t be hot). Finally, whisk in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Preheat the waffle iron and spread 2-3 tablespoons of batter in the center of the waffle iron, depending on the size. Bake for about 2-3 minutes, until the waffle is nicely browned.
