Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g jasmine rice
- 1 can coconut milk, 400 ml
- 150 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Place all ingredients in the steamer. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally.
