Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 250 g strawberries, frozen
- 1 apple
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 100 g muesli, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Muesli – Berry – Mix
Wash the apple and slice it into thin slices. Heat the frozen raspberries, strawberries, sliced apple, and sugar in a pan, stirring constantly, and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the apple is soft. Let the fruit cool and divide evenly among tall glasses. Then pour the natural yogurt over the berries and finally sprinkle the muesli over the top. Chill.
