Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 220 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 220 g Greek yogurt with only 2% fat
  • 250 g fruits, various
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

WW, 3 pp per glass

Mix the quark and yogurt into a cream. Season with sweetener to taste. Prepare the fruit and dice it if desired. Layer the quark cream and fruit in two glasses, alternating layers. One glass has 3% fat; you can find Greek yogurt with 2% fat at a large discount store, for example.
