Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin flesh, cut into pieces
- 1 liter of water
- 125 ml vinegar, 10%
- 200 g sugar
- 2 carnations
- some cinnamon
- some ginger, in a piece
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Farmer’s pineapple, sweet and sour
Clean the pumpkin and cut it into equal-sized cubes. Place it in a large pot. When it’s about two-thirds full, add the ingredients listed above. Mix everything together and let it simmer. When the pumpkin turns translucent, it’s cooked.
