Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ sweet potato(s)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp lentil flour
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian

Grate the carrots, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Finely dice the onion. Add the egg and egg yolks. Thicken the mixture with the buckwheat and lentil flour and season with herb salt and pepper. Fry small portions in a little sunflower oil in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
