Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • Pepper, colorful, a few turns
  • 4 stalks chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simply delicious

Mix everything together and refrigerate to set. Quick to make and so delicious. It goes well with grilled meat, on baguette, or with raclette.
