Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can of corn
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp flour
- some cheese, spicy, for gratin
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for grilled meat etc.
Drain the corn, mix 1 heaped tablespoon of flour and 1 egg into a smooth batter, season well, and stir in the drained corn. Heat a little fat in a pan, place small heaps of the corn mixture in the pan using a tablespoon, flatten them slightly, and top each with a little cheese. Cover and cook over low heat for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Do not turn!
