Iceberg arugula salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g arugula
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, milder
  • 4 tbsp oil, good
  • 100 ml water
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, wash, and spin dry the arugula and iceberg lettuce. Tear the iceberg lettuce into small pieces or cut into strips. Remove the tough stems from the arugula. Make a salad dressing from water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar and mix well. Toss the dressing with the salad.
