Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 plum(s), golden/yellow
- some cress
- 50 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed if desired
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Herbs, optional
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the spinach leaves. After washing the plum, remove the stones and chop them finely. Chop the cress. Prepare the dressing. Mix everything together and serve.
