Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml soy milk (soy drink) (vanilla)
  • 180 g flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan, egg-free

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat oil in a large, high-sided frying pan. Pour in the batter. Let it cook from the bottom, then spread it out with a spatula and continue cooking until the desired degree of browning is achieved. Tip: Dust with powdered sugar and serve with plum or apple compote.
