Healthy crunchy quark

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pack of chips (strawberry chips), e.g. from DM, from the baby department or other fruit chips
  • 10 g puffed amaranth or puffed quinoa
  • 5 g coconut chips
  • 5 g cashew nuts
  • Flavdrops, vanilla for sweetening, alternatively vanilla sugar and regular sugar
  • possibly bourbon vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-fat, vegetarian

Gather all ingredients and a tall glass. Place the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix with the vanilla drops and the bourbon vanilla powder. (I always use a whole dropper of vanilla drops.) Add two to three tablespoons of quark to the glass, then the puffed amaranth, then more quark, and then the strawberry chips (be careful which ones you buy, as some have added sugar). Sprinkle the remaining quark on top. You can use cashews and coconut chips as a topping. Of course, the sky’s the limit, and you can adjust the topping to your liking.
