Raclette with a twist – with dough and tomato sauce

Knead the dough ingredients together and form into plum-sized balls, then place them on a plate. For the pizza sauce, gently heat the olive oil, add the tomato paste, and mix well. Add enough water to make a smooth sauce. Stir in the cream and herbs, bring to a boil briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Allow to cool and then transfer to a bowl. For raclette, take a ball of dough and press it into the pan. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the sauce onto it, top with any desired topping, and sprinkle with cheese. The mini pizza takes about 15 minutes to cook. This unusual raclette is especially popular with children.
