Raclette with a twist – with dough and delicious toppings

Knead the dough ingredients together thoroughly and form them into plum-sized balls. Place them on a plate. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and pour into a bowl. For raclette, take a ball of dough, flatten it in the pan, add a tablespoon of the cream, and top with onions, bacon, and cheese. The mini tarte flambée takes 10-12 minutes to cook in the raclette machine. These mini tarte flambées can be varied in any way you like, for example, with leeks and cheese, with spinach and chanterelles, etc. This fun alternative to the usual raclette is particularly popular with children.
