Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 potatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 200 g Cabanossi
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Rosemary or thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel and slice them thickly. Chop the spring onions and dice the bell peppers. Slice the Cabanossi as well. Sauté the potatoes and bell peppers and season. Add the Cabanossi and spring onions. Fry everything together for a few minutes until the desired degree of browning is reached.
